WELCOME
​Welcome to the All England Theatre Festival (AETF).
Now in its 8th decade, the AETF is the only country-wide, competitive festival of one-act drama in England.
The 6 month long competition is organised regionally and provides an opportunity for Amateurs to compete against like-minded groups and to benefit from the professional adjudication they receive to improve the quality of their performance.
After a series of preliminary, quarter and semi final rounds it culminates in a Grand Final in which the four area champions compete for the title of English Champion. The English Champion then competes against peers from Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales for the title of British Champion.

OUR MISSION
​To organise an annual one-act play festival, open to any amateur drama group in England.
